Custom Jewelry Returns and Exchanges

Because these pieces are entirely unique to the client, no refunds or exchanges are allowed outside of damaged items or faulty craftsmanship.

Any merchandise that is damaged or lost during delivery will be refunded in full. All shipments are insured for both our safety as well as yours.


Warranties can be purchased for your jewelry to cover certain categories of wear and tear. Speak with our concierge if you are interested in these services.


At your request, we work with independent 3rd parties to provide appraisal services for your jewelry created with us. We never appraise in-house as we want there to be transparency and trust that you are receiving exactly the quality that we guarantee. Speak with our concierge if you are interested in having your creation appraised prior to shipping.
